Reservation policy

• The minimum rental period is 2 nights.

Arrival and departure times

• Arrival from 3:00 p.m.

• Check out until 11:00 a.m.

Customer contact details

• Our customers do not need to provide their address when booking.

Customer phone number

• Our customers must provide a telephone number when booking.

​

Bail :

• A security deposit of € 500 returned at the end of the stay following the inventory (except for damage caused). 

• Tourist tax (1.50 € / night / person)

House rules for our guests:

• Smoking is not allowed.

• Pets are not allowed.

• Parties / events are not allowed.

• There are no fixed quiet times.

Cancellation policy

Flexible - 2 days

​

• The customer can cancel free of charge up to 2 days before arrival. 
  In case of cancellation less than 2 days before arrival, the customer will have to pay the price of the first night.
